LR Technologies were charged with the initial task of waterproofing a failed “Torch On” membrane to an office centre. The scope of works quickly changed when it was noted a portion of the failed membrane held a percentage of fibrous content. Due to the extent of the failed membrane, a large percentage of the area was removed with the remaining areas being encapsulated. A permanent and seamless waterproof membrane was then successfully applied to the roof.
